  • Each project is unique, but typically:

    • Essential Brand Identity takes around 4–6 weeks

    • Website design + build takes 6–8 weeks

    • Packaging design varies based on complexity, quantity and client timelines

    Timelines may shift slightly based on feedback and approval stages, but I’ll always keep you updated along the way.

  • We typically design and develop using Squarespace, Shopify and occassionally Wordpress - depending on what best suits your business needs. Not sure which one is right for you? We’ll guide you through the decision during our discovery phase.

  • Our packages are thoughtfully curated to give you everything you need to launch with confidence, but some things do fall outside of scope. These might include:

    • Additional revision rounds

    • Website hosting and subscription fees

    • Domain purchases

    • Font licenses

    • Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in our Website Package)

    • Brand or product photography

    • Printing fees

    • Ongoing website maintenance (post-launch)

  • I accept bank transfers or credit card payments via secure online invoicing. All project payments are split into scheduled milestones to help keep things flowing for both parties.

  • Yes! We offer flexible payment plans tailored to the scope of your project.

    Most clients prefer a 50/25/25 split (start–mid–end), but I’m happy to structure this in a way that supports you while keeping momentum in our project timeline.

  • Absolutely. Many clients continue working with us long after launch - whether that’s monthly design support, ad hoc updates, or creative direction for future campaigns. I offer custom retainers and support packages for aligned businesses. Just reach out and we can discuss what suits your needs best!

  • Not at this time. We believe your brand deserves more than a quick visual or just a one-size-fits-all logo - branding requires strategy, storytelling, and cohesion to stand out and grow. That’s why we only offer branding as a full identity experience, with thoughtful foundations that work across all touch points.
